What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup‑free lashes. Avoid oil‑based products around your eyes for 24 hours before your service. Remove contact lenses if possible, and skip the caffeine — it helps you stay relaxed during the session.
How long does a full set take?
Classic sets take about 90 minutes, hybrids around 110 minutes, and volume sets up to 120 minutes. A lash lift and tint combo is typically 60 minutes.
Will my natural lashes be damaged?
No — when applied correctly by a licensed artist, extensions do not damage your natural lashes. We isolate each lash and use the right weight for your natural lash strength. Regular breaks are recommended every few months.
Extensions
What's the difference between classic, volume, and hybrid?
Classic uses one extension per natural lash for a natural, mascara‑like effect. Volume uses 2‑6 ultra‑fine extensions per natural lash for dramatic fullness. Hybrid combines both for textured, wispy dimension.
How often do I need fills?
Most clients schedule a fill every 2 to 3 weeks. Your natural lash shedding cycle and aftercare routine will affect how long your set looks full.
Can I wear mascara with extensions?
We recommend avoiding mascara, especially waterproof formulas. Oil‑free, extension‑safe mascara can be used sparingly on the tips, but it may reduce retention.
Lash Lifts & Tints
How is a lash lift different from extensions?
A lash lift curls your natural lashes from the root — no added fibers. It’s a low‑maintenance alternative that enhances your natural lash length and curl for 6‑8 weeks.
Does a lash tint look unnatural?
Not at all. We use a deep blue‑black or dark brown tint that mimics naturally dark lashes. The result is defined, mascara‑free eyes.
Appointments & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost. No‑shows are charged the full amount. See our cancellation policy for details.

Do you take walk‑ins?

Aftercare
Can I get my lashes wet?
Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 hours. After that, gentle cleansing is fine. We recommend an oil‑free lash cleanser daily.
How do I clean my lash extensions?
