Welcome to Velvet Lashes Studio. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.

1. Services Provided

Velvet Lashes Studio offers professional eyelash extension application, lash lifts, tints, removal, and related aftercare products. All services are performed by licensed and certified lash artists in a private, sanitary environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or other legitimate reasons at the artist's discretion.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be made online through our website, by phone at (305) 729-8432, or in person. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the card for any applicable fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

You must be at least 16 years of age to book an appointment. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the service.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. No‑shows will be charged the full service price to the card on file.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or treat it as a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee the full appointment time.

4. Deposits & Payments

Certain services or group bookings may require a non‑refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward the final service cost. Payment is accepted in full at the time of service via cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or contactless methods. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards purchased through our website are delivered via email. Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash. They are transferable but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Velvet Lashes is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.

6. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is free and automatic upon enrollment. Rewards are earned per qualifying visit and are applied at the time of payment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program with 30 days' notice. Rewards have no cash value and are non‑transferable.

7. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. If you have any eye conditions, allergies (especially to adhesives, tapes, or dyes), recent eye surgery, or are pregnant, please consult with your physician before booking. You must inform your artist of any medical conditions before the service begins. By receiving a service, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions or discomfort that may arise.

8. Client Conduct

We strive to maintain a relaxing and respectful environment. We ask that you silence your cell phone and arrive without heavy eye makeup. Abusive language or behavior toward staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Velvet Lashes Studio and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Velvet Lashes Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami‑Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
